When you register for a webinar on suherman.net, we store your name, email, and optional fields (role/company, notes) in Firestore for invitations and session-related communication. Anonymous poll votes (idea text only, plus a hashed network identifier for abuse limits) are stored separately for the live session poll. Data is not sold to third parties.
Notification emails are sent to the organizer so registrations can be followed up. You may request deletion by contacting iman.suherman@gmail.com.
